Ankeny Centennial Cheerleading will be offering their annual “Junior Jaguar Cheerleading Clinic” to any student in grades K-5. Junior Cheerleaders will learn a variety of sideline cheers, chants, jumps, basic stunts, and the Centennial Fight Song from current Varsity and Junior Varsity cheerleaders! Later in the week, the Junior Jaguar Cheerleaders will have the opportunity to perform their cheerleading skills learned at the clinic before a Friday night varsity ACHS football game!

Location:Northview Middle School Cafeteria Drop off/pick up:Drop off will be on the east side of Northview in the “drop-off loop” by the front door. Pick up will be in the same spot. Parents may want to park and come inside Northview at ~6:45pm for ‘sneak peek’ performance. What to wear/bring:Please have your Junior Jaguar Cheerleader arrive at the clinic with a water bottle, hair pulled back, and wearing gym shoes. Participants will receive their clinic shirt on Wednesday when they check in. |

Location:Ankeny Stadium All those attending the clinic will perform their routine prior to the varsity football game versus Linn-Mar High School at approximately 6:30 pm. *NOTE: Our performance time is not set in stone and depends on the timeline of the varsity football game. Please arrive early, prior to 6:30 pm, to ensure you don’t miss the performance. All parents are responsible to pay for admission to the game. Drop off/pick up:Drop off will be on the east side of Northview in the “drop-off loop” by the front door. Pick up will be on the south end of the track immediately following the performance (~6:40pm). What to wear/bring:Please have your Junior Jaguar Cheerleader arrive on the performance day with a water bottle, hair pulled back, wearing gym shoes and black (dark colored) bottoms along with the clinic shirt. |
