GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMPS

This Girls Basketball Camp is led by the Ankeny Centennial Girls Basketball Coaching Staff.
Open to ANY and ALL Students Enrolled in Ankeny Centennial High School.

GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMPS | SUMMER SKILLS ENHANCEMENT

This camp will focus on the skills our players need to play basketball at the class 5A level. Individual offensive skill development will be the main focus; with shooting, ball handling and finishing being main focus points. Coaches will work with players on individual skill improvement along with incorporating team concepts to be used in the upcoming season. Please register by May 21 to receive a camp t-shirt.

LOCATION: In June – camp will be at Northview Middle School; In July – camp will be at Centennial High School

GIRLS BASKETBALL SKILLS ACADEMY

Ankeny Centennial coaching staff and players will be directing this skills enhancement camp for girls in grades 3-6. This camp will focus on the skills players need to develop to progress in their basketball development. Skills will be taught through drills, competitions, 1 on 1, 2 on 2. A camp league will be conducted each day of camp with a league tournament at the end. Each player attending this camp will be given a t-shirt, please register by May 23 to receive a camp t-shirt.

GIRLS BASKETBALL CAMPS | SWISH SHOOTING & QUICK HANDLE CAMP

Ankeny Centennial coaching staff and players will be directing this camp with focus on shooting, dribbling, 1 on 1 skills and fun! Campers will be instructed in the grade appropriate fundamentals needed to be successful, with team play incorporated at the end of each day.

First and second graders will be introduced to the game of basketball in a fun and interactive way, to the basic rules and skills of basketball at this camp. First and second grade campers only will receive a t-shirt, please register by June 10 to receive a t-shirt.
